BRISTOL – The Bristol Eastern softball team only needed three innings to post 16 runs in its win over St. Paul on Thursday afternoon.
Anchored by a no-hit effort from junior pitcher Ali Tellier, the Lancers followed a quiet first inning by hitting the ball in every direction to gather a 16-0 win over the Falcons in five innings. Tellier hurled eight strikeouts and the defense behind her finished the day error-free in a overall dominant performance that improves their record to 11-5 while St. Paul falls to 4-15.
