Please join us in welcoming Marissa Morris to our staff as instructor. Marissa brings a wealth of softball experience as a catcher and 3rd baseman to her new role. She is a graduate of Torrington High School where she was a starting catcher with All-NVL and 1st team All-state honors. She also served as captain for 3 years. During this time, she played for the CT Charmers under the direction of Neil Swanchek. She went on to play at UCONN while studying for her Bachelor’s degree in special education. She also has her master’s in educational psychology and is certified in special education. Marissa has been a Head Coach for the CT Titans since 06 as well as Varsity Softball Head Coach for Rockville High School in Vernon, CT. She led this program to its first NCCC Conference Championship in over 10 years. Marissa will be teaching hitting, catching, pitching , and fielding at USA Elite.
