Coach Lauren is a Master Instructor and has worked for USA Elite Training, LLC for over 13 years.  Lauren had an outstanding playing career at Rockville High School in CT where she was a four time all conference softball pitcher who leading her High School program to four straight conference championships.  Lauren was inducted into the Rockville High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019 for her outstanding career winning 63 of the 67 games and pitched the team to a 50-2 record in the CCC East, with a 67-19 overall record.  She was twice named to the All Hartford Courant All-State Team and as a senior was selected to the CHSCA Class L All-State Team. Following high school, she played Division III softball at Nichols College where she currently ranks first or second all-time in most every career-pitching category, including wins, strikeouts, innings and shutouts.  Coach Lauren was a coach for 4 years with the CT Eliminator Gold Softball program.
