Hitting/Fielding Session 1

Ages 8-13 – DECEMBER 29-31, 2025

Sharpen your skills at our Winter Break Boot Camp ! The Clinic will be held at the USA Elite Training Facility at 280 Schoolhouse Rd.  Cheshire, CT from  9:00 am – 12 noon.. 

Hitting /Fielding Clinics will focus on teaching the players:

• How to grip the bat correctly and the stance for Fastpitch
• The correct sequence of the Fastpitch hitting mechanics and timing
• Proper weight balance and transfer to create power in the swing.
• Player will be taught correct hand path and arm slots.
• Player will utilize the top training aides to teach the hitting concept.
• Player will be taught how to hit all the zones of the plate
• Player bat exit velocity speed will be measured.
• Player will be taught correct throwing mechanics and footwork for both infield and outfield play.
• Player will learn about correct fielding technique including, backhand, forehand, short -hops, charging ground balls and drop step footwork.

Pricing for each session is Members*: $169 and Non-members: $189.

Cancellation Policy:

7 day notice before 1st class required for refund.  No make-ups for illness or scheduling conflicts.  For injuries, a credit will be provided  with a Doctor’s note.
