Abbey Fletcher brings over a decade of pitching experience and a championship mindset to every athlete she works with. A former standout at both the high school and collegiate levels, Abby combines elite-level training, game-tested knowledge, and a passion for developing young players. Starting her pitching journey at just 9 years old, Abby quickly rose through the ranks. At Amity Regional High School (2016-2020), she served as Senior Captain and led her team to the CIAC Class LL State Championship* in 2018. Her leadership and competitive drive earned her a spot as a trusted role model on and off the field. At Smith College (2020-2024), Abby continued to shine as a pitcher and scholar:

She graduated with a *Bachelor’s in Education & Child Study and Spanish, equipping her to teach, mentor, and inspire young athletes. Abby has been part of the USA Elite Training family for over a decade. Introduced to USA Elite around age 10, she grew through their camps, clinics, and private lessons — including training under Coach Hapanowicz. as a private student. For the past five years, Abby consistently worked camps and clinic with USA Elite Training. Coach Abby will be teaching all aspects of the game including fielding, hitting and pitching.
